At Edenly Art & Co., each item is carefully handcrafted in small batches. Because of the nature of our business, we kindly ask that you review this policy before purchasing.

All Sales

  • Skincare and hair products are final sale due to hygiene and safety reasons.

  • Original artwork and handmade items are final sale, as each piece is one of a kind.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund, based on availability.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, as long as they have not been prepared or shipped.

  • Once an order has been prepared or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Shipping & Pickup

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • For local pickup orders, items must be picked up within 7 days of notification.
