Skincare and hair products are final sale due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Original artwork and handmade items are final sale, as each piece is one of a kind.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Clear photos of the item and packaging
If approved, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund, based on availability.
Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, as long as they have not been prepared or shipped.

Once an order has been prepared or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Shipping & Pickup

For local pickup orders, items must be picked up within 7 days of notification.
